Steeped in history, Plymouth’s Royal William Yard again provided the setting for one of our latest installations here in this magnificent apartment overlooking the Hamoaze. With its minimalist cabinetry, neutral grey palettes and metallic accents, this contemporary handleless kitchen has a subtle elegance that will never go out of style. It blends aspects of modern design with other styles, including traditional and industrial, for a look that’s current and sleek, but not sterile. The original Oak timber floor is picked out with fitted wooden chopping boards and the customers own, eclectic bar stools. Natural light pouring through the large antique Georgian windows is complemented subtly with discreet LED lighting under the cabinets and worktops but also quite strikingly with three bold glass pendants hanging over the Silestone island.
